By accepting Services (DXshop, DXcart, or related services) from DXStorm, you ("the Merchant") agree to the following terms and conditions.

DXStorm, grants you a non-exclusive license to use the Services. The Services contain copyrighted and other proprietary materials. Copying, reverse-engineering or reselling any part of the Services is strictly prohibited. You agree that DXStorm, has made no express or implied warranties to you regarding the Services and that the Services are being provided to you "as is". DXStorm, claims no warranties with the Services, express or implied, including, without limitation, any implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, merchantable quality or non-infringement of third party rights.

Under no circumstances will DXStorm, be liable to you for any loss of use, interruption of business, or any direct, indirect, special, incidental, and/or consequential damages of any kind (including lost profits) regardless of the form of action whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict product liability or otherwise, even if DXStorm has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

DXStorm, reserves the right to terminate the Services for any reason whatsoever without prior notice to the Merchant. DXStorm is not responsible for the loss of any data or graphic images which results from termination or refusal of the Services. DXStorm, reserves the right to refuse to provide the Services to any Merchant for any reason whatsoever. DXStorm accepts no responsibility whatsoever for the products and/or services sold, offered for sale, or otherwise made available for public or private consumption by way of the Services. DXStorm, accepts no responsibility whatsoever for the conduct of Merchants. The Merchant is bound to the term of service paid for from time to time upon acceptance of Services.

By registering domain names with DXStorm through Tucows.com Co., you agree to be bound by the Registration Agreement.
